Yes. Our Prepare phase begins around two weeks before surgery to optimise circulation, support lymphatic flow, and condition tissue ahead of the procedure — which can help support recovery outcomes. Your therapist will confirm what makes sense for your case.
Because liposuction leaves behind swelling, fluid, and often fibrotic tissue that sometimes doesn't resolve on its own. LPG helps support lymphatic drainage, may help soften the feel of fibrotic tissue, and encourages smoother, more even healing — helping you get closer to the result you and your surgeon planned for.
Most clients begin around 2–3 weeks post-surgery, once cleared by their surgeon. Timing varies based on the procedure performed and your individual healing — your therapist will confirm the right start point during consultation.
